I'm Isaac Marmelo — a Christ follower, husband, father, and pastor — called to serve the local church with faithfulness, humility, and joy.

I've been blessed to share over 20 years of marriage with my beautiful wife, Diana. Together, we are raising our 12-year-old son, Caleb. Diana came to faith at the age of 10 when her family began attending a Portuguese Pentecostal church in Toronto — the same church that played a significant role in my own spiritual journey. Growing up in a home rooted in ministry, with parents who immigrated from Portugal in 1982, I learned early the importance of serving God wholeheartedly.

At 15, I sensed God’s call to pastoral ministry. From that moment on, it has been my deepest desire to live a life fully devoted to Christ and His people. In 2011, Diana and I took a step of faith — selling our home in Toronto to prepare intentionally for full-time ministry. Through every stage, God’s faithfulness and the support of our family and church community have been constant sources of encouragement.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving in various ministry contexts, including Assistant Pastor roles in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, and at Aurora Cornerstone Church. More recently, we served as Lead Pastors at Hope Community Church in Hanover, Ontario.

In addition to my pastoral leadership experience, I hold a Church Leadership Certificate from Master’s College & Seminary and bring over 20 years of administrative and customer service experience, strengthening my skills in communication, mentoring, and building healthy communities. Being fluent in both English and Portuguese has allowed me to connect with diverse congregations and cultural backgrounds.

Diana and I deeply believe the Church is more than a weekly gathering — it is the living, breathing body of Christ, called to shine His light into a broken world. We are passionate about fostering environments where discipleship, worship, and authentic spiritual growth can thrive.

As a family, we prioritize spiritual and emotional health through prayer, Scripture, and meaningful fellowship. Diana continues to be my greatest partner in ministry, embodying grace, strength, and godly wisdom. Our son Caleb, with his love for soccer and heart for others, daily reminds us of the joy and responsibility of living out our faith practically.

It would be an honour to continue serving God's people with open hands, a humble heart, and unwavering trust in His leading.
